How do you see the file permissions on Github?

How do you see the file permissions set on a file in Github via the web interface?

I see no way to display this information, but it seems like it should be available.

On github account, owner and colaborators only have two permissions. Thus, there is only one repository owner owned by the user account; this permission cannot be transferred to another user account. corresponding git (cli), permissions 755 and 644
