Xcode Instruments - Missing Selection Window

I run Xcode 8.3.1, and I have a problem with figuring out how to get a window on the Allocations: enter image description here.

It's no longer in the right toolbar. It is now located under the "Recording Options ..." section of the Tools File menu, with:

And Generate Mark is at the bottom of the window while grading is in progress by selecting Parts Generations from the main panel with the Selection tool selected:
