Microsoft.VisualBasic. A financial alternative to the .NET Standard

Question

I want to know if there is an alternative in .NET Core o .NET Standard for using Microsoft.VisualBasic features.

I already know that in .NET Standard 2.0 which is in preview we can add the .NET Framework dll without mscorlib issue.

But actually .NET Standard 1.6 is the stable release and I prefer not to use the preview.
