Android emulator for video testing

This is something that I have not seen when anyone asks and there is no information available on this.

I am creating a video app, I am currently testing the UI in GenyMotion and on my device. But the problem is that GenyMotion does not support video (H.246). This means that I cannot test video related features across devices.

This is necessary as I have compiled ffmpeg and need to test how it reacts on different devices. I tried android emulator too, no luck.

Ask someone to find this issue and is there any other emulator out there that only supports 3gp format?
