Signalr Chat app doesn't work with WebSockets on Azure

My Azure SignalR Chat MVC app has been working fine for the last few days, but suddenly it stopped sending or receiving chats. I found that when I turn off the webcams everything works fine, turning the webcams again and it all stops working, could there be a problem? I ddnt not change anything or send new updates to my application.
