How to run Dragnn (TensorFlow) platform?

I've dealt with some NLP tools (TINT, UDPIPE, Syntaxnet ..). I was able to start the basic NLP Syntaxnet framework from the command line, but I really can't figure out how to start Dragnn. I just want the full .conll format to be given in plain text (with Syntaxnet for example)!

Can someone give me a hint and hint? Unfortunately the documentation is really blurry.
