What's the precedent for Moxie?
Moxie seems to be very Moose-esque, but the name is rather uninformative,
Moxie is not the new moose clown
Reading seems to be using B::CompilerPhase::Hook
extra voodoo. What is the ultimate purpose of this library? If it's not Moose the clown, what is he going to do differently?
The description seems rather vague,
a link for an object system built on top of a set of modules.
Is there a specification for Moxie?

Moxie is a Moose-like system that Stephen Little hopes to get into the Perl core at some point.
This video from last month TPC explains it all in a lot more detail - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w5U7eoeuO90
