ITunes connects app transfer problem

It's hard for me to postpone the application. It shows that TestFlight's beta testing criteria are not the same. But I've already removed all assemblies and test information from TestFlight. I have the same problem on 2 different iTunes accounts. If anyone has a solution for this please let me know. I have already contacted Apple support but haven't responded since one week.
