Is there any format for vocal date synthesis? [MaryTTS]

I am working on an application that requires TTS (Text-To-Speech) and I am using MaryTTS. I was wondering if there is any date format? It exists for a while, but I can't find anything about a date.

For example: - If I write 08:00, he answers me eight hours and zero minutes. - but if the entry 2017-07-24 answers a number that is not entirely clear.

I would love to get an answer over time, but I don't know if it exists in the format.
