The request was interrupted after waiting too long to try to fulfill your request

Getting "Process moved to another machine" in the log for 8 java-back-end requests and "Request aborted after waiting too long to try to service your request" and the back-end version hangs and no longer serves any requests. This happens once a day, and only restarting the version helps. Is this a bug on Google?
