Eclipse color theme plugin - how to export default theme settings to xml file?

In setting up a theme plugin for an Eclipse theme, I like the default eclipse theme as the following image.

But now I want to change the default base background color. I know that I can import the theme via xml file, but now the problem is how to export the default theme settings as an XML file so that I can change the background color and import it.

I found on the official Eclipse color theme website a few theme themes that claimed to be "eclipse default" but seem to be 100% Eclipse by default.

Or maybe if some website has an existing default eclipse theme xml file that I can download?
