How to underline warnings in CLION default theme?

I noticed that in CLion with Darcula theme, warnings are underlined like this:

But in the standard IntelliJ theme they are not:

How can I activate this behavior, highlighting all warnings, not just errors, in the default IntelliJ theme?

in Preferences

, click result in Color Scheme -> general

You can check to Effects

choose any effect you like with color (default is white, so it doesn't work) for example Underwaved
