Is there a way to get geolocation from mobile devices without any network
newbie there.
I'm wondering if there might be a way to create an app (Android / iOS, whatever) that can find the user as accurately as possible, but without any kind of network? For example, underground, where you cannot even call or send text.
Is there a way we can get geolocation without them? This may sound like a silly question, I just want to be sure that this is not possible at the moment. If you think there is a way, even expensive or any other, that he needs, please let me know.

yes, you can use GPS as GPS can only use saline, so you don't need internet.
