Facebook account developer settings not showing

I am trying to set up a set of accounts. but the settings are not showing, why? "I tried to log in from two devices, but on the same screen.

The same thing happens here. I already tried to access it with different facebook accounts and different projects and nothing happened. I also get errors in my last registered apps when you link to send SMS. But he still works with the old ones.
