Android app was rejected because it is primarily aimed at children

I made an app in Adobe Animate for Kids that got accepted for the first time and after a few days I added Admob ads to my app and didn't change anything other than that. But now my app is not accepted in the play store and the first release is still online.

Can anyone point me to what the problem might be here. This is my app id air.com.ejaz.kidsabc

I reviewed KidsABC Explore air.com.ejaz.kidsabc and had to reject it because your game Store listing shows that your app can be primarily targeted at children under 13 as defined by COPPA. Applications that are primarily child-directed must opt ​​out of the Designed for Families program. If you've submitted an update, the previous version of your app is still live on Google Play.

Read the declaration policy mostly at Child Policy Developers Center. Log into your developer console to validate your child declarations on the pricing and distribution page. If your app is primarily for kids:

Update the basic child-specific declaration for the developer Console. Choose the Designed for Families program. You can find general information and answers to frequently asked questions about Designed for Families on the Android Developers site. Make sure your application meets the Designed for Families program requirements. Apps that claim to be primarily for kids, but don't see Family Requirements will be removed from the store. Submit your application. If your app is not primarily intended for children, and you feel this variance may have been a bug, please contact our policy support team. This is a new question that Google has recently submitted and needs to be answered. follow these steps:

  • Go to Google Play Console

  • Go to your app

  • Go to the section "Preserve accuracy"

  • Go to Pricing and Distribution

  • Here you will find a New Child Targeting Question that will be unanswered.

  • Answer the question and "Send an update"



Then you will be able to submit your application

I checked your App On Playstore which contains child-centered design and metadata. Therefore, you need to change app prices and app distribution tab in developer console

Check the basic rule with children as YES, but make sure you change the adloading method inside your app / game because your app contains ads

There is a new software policy to choose for the family, so if your application is primarily for children, you need to register with the DFF. And if your app is already configured then there will be no Fill ads from Admob.
