Open links in app mode in Chrome browser

I am developing a web app in Chrome. I can make a shortcut on your desktop to open your application in application mode through other instruments → add to your desktop .

The problem is I am trying to open any link in a new window using the Shift hotkey . It opens in normal mode full functions with an address bar and a tab.

Question:

Is there a way to open links in a new window with the same app mode in Chrome?
