Wordpress could not open stream: no such file or directory, toolbar does not open

Attempted to find any solution for this, but failed. Any support would be much appreciated.

Also updated to the latest Wordpress today plugins removed, literally no plugins but still has this error.

Is your theme folder under inc folder ? And it has a customizer.php file , doesn't it? This is not a plugin or WordPress bug.

This is a file error. Check your customizer.php in the "inc" directory located at / home / bookme 08 / public_html / sites / laverdad / sub.wordpress / g4 / wp-content / themes / metro-creativex / inc This directory does not have this file ... You can copy this file from any defcault theme like 2017 or 2016 if you are using any default theme.
