Where is the Vocabulary Windows Workflow Xaml Specification?
I was able to find the Xaml Object Binding Specification, WPF Xaml Dictionary Specification, and Silverlight Xaml Dictionary Specification Documents online, but not the WF Xaml Vocabulary Specification document for Windows Workflows. I want to be able to specify workflows without using the Visual Studio IDE.
Does anyone know if this specification exists and if so where to find it?

The WF dictionary specification has not yet been published.
