Is there an LGPL / Apache / BSD Python library for rendering modern HTML and Flash with transparent backgrounds on Windows, Mac, Linux?

I am looking for a suitable Python library with DOM access. I don't mind if the transparency of the flash is not carried over. The PyQT license is incompatible with the project and PySide has not been compiled yet. Any thoughts?

In fact, the pyside project now provides python LGPL 2.1 bindings for Qt.

The first public release took place on August 18th. It is being developed with the support of Nokia.



According to the release announcement, bindings are initially targeted at Linux / X11, but eventually expect support for all platforms supported by Qt.
