Setting up audio connection on kAudioSessionCategory_PlayAndRecord, why can't I play both recording and iPod music at the same time

im setting session using kAudioSessionCategory_PlayAndRecord property but still I am not able to play both iPod music and recording ???? how to do it??? is there any way to do this ...............
