I have some legacy code that goes around as a comment in almost every field. Also appears " Setter for property xyz

".

Just out of curiosity, which Java tool generated these stubs?

This link is for the source file for the NetBeans cvs log module. It contains the same headers and comments as your legacy code. I am assuming they used NetBeans to write this peripheral. So I think the answer is NetBeans.
