Constellation diagram of facts

I made a fact constellation diagram with two fact tables and 16 dimension tables with four generic dimension tables. One of the dimension tables must be normalized because the data from the data source can have a variable number of rows. Can I still call his fact constellation diagram having a branch in the dimension table?

I hope you understand what I am trying to say.

Greetings.

You can still call it a Constellation schematic with a sparse size chart. This term is very much in the Oracle Datwarehosing Book that I read about 7 years ago.

I know it was easy to write to help if anyone else needs information on this topic. Typically the constellation model of facts consists of stellar models, where no artificial or natural hierarchy should be present. But according to your needs, you can add normalized (hierarchical) dimension tables. In this case, your constellation of facts is made up of snowflakes instead of stars.
