Use Subversion connector SVNKit 1.2.1 from trunk in Eclipse

I want to check out a feature included in SVNKit 1.2.1 that is not yet available on the Eclipse or Polarion project update sites.

I received a check as described in the Latest Development Version section at svnkit.com/download.php , built it successfully with ant and installed it successfully with Eclipses software manager.

Now I don't see SVNKit 1.2.1 in the connector list in [Preferences / Team / SVN / SVN Connector]. Therefore, I cannot configure Eclipse to use SVNKit 1.2.1 as a Subversion connector.

Anyone have an idea what I'm missing?

I realized that the concept is not consistent with the way SVNKit is connected to Subversive. SVNKit itself is only a subversion library, it must be available to build a Subversive trunk checkout.
