Visual Studio: MyMacros will not show up in Tools> Options> Environ. > keyboard

I have a macro that I wrote to just help me with my unit testing (it was derived from other macros that just add underscores to the method name as I write it) and when I go to Tool> Options> Environment>. and then keyboard to assign a shortcut to it, it is nowhere to be found, none of the default "MyMacros" sections exist. Any ideas?

Also, the macro survey option is not in the Tools menu, I have to press ALT + F8 to get to it, maybe they are related?

Thank.

You probably ran into an issue where the current profile settings hid the macro explorer. Try going to Tools -> Import / Export Options and select reset all settings. Select "General Profile". If it's a settings issue, this will cause the menu to reappear.
