Flash + phone camera

for website inserting flash to capture camera (red5..etc). may i know if there is any mobile phone that currently supports flash and can be used to capture camera image?

Not an iPhone. Flash support is not supported.

HTC Hero reputedly has Flash. However, this is not part of stock Android and I have no idea if it can access the camera in any way.

Yes, we can access the device camera using the Flash AIR application.
I recently tested this and got good results.
I don't know about iPhone, I tested on HTC Desire HD Android device.
