System Requirements For Ecommerce Application With SSL Over 40 Bits

I need to define the hardware and software system requirements to create an e-commerce web application with SSL (over 40 bits). I have no experience with SSL, so I have no idea how to configure or which version of apache I need. These are my thoughts:

Linux operating system
Web server: Apache
DBMS: MySQL 5.0 or more
Application server: Tomcat 5.5 or more
Java 1.5 or more

Memory: 576 MB
Disk space: 10 GB
Data transfer guide: 75 GB
AMD Opteron (tm) 270 dual-core processor

Does anyone know what version of Apache / Tomcat I need for SSL support (over 40 bits)
