Tools refuse to run

I have a problem launching my tools in the iPhone app, below is the message I received. Any idea what is causing this and what I can do?

Assuming that your Xcode / Mac OS X installation is not compromised in any way, one of the few reasons that can arise is that you were unable to authenticate for debugging purposes.
