Ajax Control Toolkit - Toolscriptmanager is not available

I am trying to get my asp.net 2.0 application up and running with little success. I removed all links and added ajax management instrumentation again and I still get "ToolScriptManager property: ID not specified".

Check the AjaxControlToolkit link in your project. If the AjaxControlToolkit is not in the global assembly cache (C: \ Windows \ assembly), you must set the Copy Local property. The dll will then be copied to the binary folder where it is needed during the execution of your website / web application.
