Is there a way to expand the code window in VS.NET to its maximum size?

In Eclipse, you can double click on the code window tab and expand it to full size, eg. if you will be working on the code for a while and want to get the max size on a smaller monitor, etc.

Is there a way to maximize the code window in Visual Studio .NET with one click (otherwise, I need to minimize the toolbar, solution explorer, properties, etc.).

Shift + Alt + Enter puts you in full screen mode, which hides most of the panels. The only thing I had was the history of the closed window and my pending validations, but for the most part this works well.
