Where can I download the rail migration file for country, state and city table

Look for ISO 3166 . ISO Lists are represented here .

Country selection is now outside of the core of rails to get around political issues (China - Taiwan, etc.), so you'll need a plugin like one to provide you with the functionality.



I've never heard of a migration that populates a table with this data.
