Is there a Subversion host that allows end users to file bugs / friendly to end users?

Is there a Subversion host that:

  • allows error reporting of end user files
  • organizes bug reports / customer support as a bulletin board.
  • is free?

I am using Unfuddle right now and am very happy with it and now I am trying to find Fogbugz, I was just wondering what other options I have.

in the end I decided to just keep things simple and host the SVN on my own server (Dreamhost) and set up a forum for end users. it's ugly and non-integrated, but I think it works for everyone.
