Argument Exception - Parameter Invalid (LinkLabel on WinForm)

I wrote a Win Forms application to test how the LinkLabel class works. Everything seems to be in order until I click on the LinkLabel link. Form1.cs code is below:

Please someone can advise. The problem is that there is no window handle for the LinkLabel when its Paint event occurs.
