Missing section title in ps but not dvi
A have a document with 23 numbers and 46 tables (appendix to the journal article). Created 23 sections in the same way. When looking at the compiled dvi everything is fine, but after creating the ps file from dvi the section title is missing. Getting pdf from dvi doesn't help. What could be the problem? I can provide the source file if needed.

All images in the document files are eps, located immediately after each tag \ section. The particular image had an "angle" option of "270". When I rotated the image in inkscape and removed the "angle" parameter, the problem went away.
How can this behavior be explained?
Apparently there are two more digits with "angle = 270", but there is no problem with that.
