Can I install Sql Server 2008 on the same computer where Sql Server 2005 is already installed

I have Sql Server 2005 Express installed on my computer and I also want to install Sql Server 2008 Express. What should be considered before performing this additional installation?

They should be fine, just make sure they are using different ports (default 1433) if they communicate over TCP / IP. Why do you need both versions?
