Iphone simulator crashing with Xcode starts and goes

Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? When I run the code, the program immediately crashes on the simulator before getting there; however, if I just go to the simulator and run the program, the changes were loaded and there didn't seem to be any obvious problems. Or how can I try to identify this problem?

When this happens for me, I take out the code until it runs and then return it one time at a time until something breaks.

Inside Xcode -> Preferences-> Debug window uncheck "Load symbols lazily".
