Editing included content in a custom PHP X-Cart page

This was given to me by a previous designer and I can't figure out how to accomplish the simple task of changing the little photo next to the Welcome text. I have used Firebug in FF to try and parse the page, but I cannot find the source. It seems to be an inclusion from another file.

I may be missing something, but this image is called "kitad.gif" located in the "/ images /" directory (ie a folder called "images" located under the web root).
If you can't find the code it's embedded in, you can replace it by uploading a new image with the same name and (ideally) the same dimensions in the same folder.
