How do I install the Reporting Services WebPart Report Viewer?

I'm trying to use a WebPart to view Reporting Services reports with a project I'm working on and I can't get a clear indication of where it came from (or maybe I just don't understand?). This page indicates that it is "installed by the Reporting Services Add-in for SharePoint Technologies". However, I can't figure out exactly where / what it is.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
