How do I configure ubuntu to make GBK compatibility available in eclipse?

I could not execute java file using GBK encoding in eclipse. there is no "GBK" option in the project properties, although I typed "GBK" in "Copy text file".

my eclipse is installed in ubuntu, maybe my ubuntu default file encoding is utf-8. How do I configure ubuntu and let it support "GBK" in eclipse?

default jre of eclipse is not sun jre, I change it and success.
