PNRP Global_ stuck alone

I have two installations of Windows 7. 64 bit on my hard drive and 32 bit installed as boot VHD.

on my 64-bit version, I cannot get PNRP Global_ cloud from Alone state.

on my 32-bit version, I can get it awake by registering a peer-to-peer network, but I can't resolve my friends question, maybe I misunderstood how this is done?

However, my 64 bit version is what I use for development, so I need to get PNRP to work under that. Any help?

To the left of that long enough, after a lot of research and failures in solving the problem, I just reformatted the windows.

This solved my problem, although it was not a perfect solution, I will accept this answer for now, but if someone can post a better one in the future, I will mark this as an accepted answer.

I don't know how the Teredo or IPv6 connectivity is usually the problem. I had the same problem and my problem was that I had 2 interfaces with IPv6 addresses, one of them had no routes to the Internet. As soon as I disconnected this connection, I went back.
