Adobe AIR 1.5 Sandbox + Motherboard Speaker

Question

I'm curious if through AIR you can access your motherboard's PC speaker?

He's for an alarm type and would like the step control to be more than a simple audible signal. Can this be done through AIR?

Or if it's not about any web structure? Seems a bit tricky, so I would like to know if anyone has a solution. Thank!

I studied it and I don't think it is possible. AIR operates at the application level, and while some system resources are available, most are not.
