How do I find a complete list of extensions installed in VS2008?

I want this list because if something terrible happens and I have to reinstall Visual Studio - I need this list so I can recreate the same development environment. It also makes it difficult to find updates - I can't see the version of installed plugins.

So, is there a place in Visual Studio that will show me a complete list of plugins and their versions?
