What is a manifest author's warning?

Does anyone know what this means? Leaving to shed light?
Got this warning while compiling an MFC project in VS2005.

..\..\..\Shared\res\zenOn_common.manifest : manifest authoring warning 81010002: Unrecognized Element "requestedPrivileges" in namespace "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v3".

In some cases, it solves the problem.

Edit: It seems there is / was a problem with the manifest files, including a date that was older than the build date. Strange ...
