Adding app to facebook profile tab

I've created an app that needs to have a profile window tab that has a link pointing to the main app.

However, I tried to add the app to a tab as you can see in the screenshot, but it looks like it doesn't show up as a tab (the app doesn't mention the app).

Can anyone shed some light?
