What's the best free resource to learn about MIS IIS?

I usually use IIS in conjunction with the OutSystems development framework, which generates code for web applications.

As with compiling and deploying applications in IIS, I know very little about how it works and it is very useful at times.

The one I found really useful is the IIS official site from Microsoft . Lots of useful articles, downloads and tips from famous guys on the forums.
