Installshield vs Wix vs NSIS to deploy site and windows services?

the company I work for is considering various options for installers. The product consists of an ASP.NET website, some web services and Windows services. We'd like to be able to install everything in one go, but be able to uninstall or update services individually. We would also like to be able to customize / edit xml files (like app.config or custom xml files) from the installer dialog without any hassle.

From Installshield, Wix and NSIS, especially suitable for this?

WiX and InstallShield can do this, but both will use a huge learning curve anyway. NSIS can do this as well if you consider running vbscripts during installation. Someone with experience can help you speed up your work.

I just finished an installer that was supposed to support IIS7 and I must say it is easier to do things with WiX compared to InstallShield when you worked on MSI development for a while.
