.NET Media Conversion Library.

I wonder if there are any paid or free .NET libraries (DLLs) out there that do file conversions, specifically for videos. For example mov to .avi or 3gp etc.

I went online all the time and found many programs and sites that do these tasks, but we need you to be able to create solutions in our own application.
