MSTest error in 2008 from build script

Hi guys, does anyone know what's going on here?

ERROR MESSAGE:

Loading ..\LocalTestRun.testrunconfig...
..\LocalTestRun.testrunconfig
Expected type attribute not found.
File ..\LocalTestRun.testrunconfig Line 2 Pos 2.

in test target in msbuild script

I've seen other people get the same error with no fixes.

We've already figured out what's going on. I used $ (VS80COMNTOOLS) to find my MSTest.exe when should I use $ (VS90COMNTOOLS) .. sorry!
