QueryInterface error for VBA._Collection interface

We accidentally see this error during long runs of our system. The error gets into our alarm system and we successfully retry and continue the system. The only hits we found on Google seem to be related to corrupt installs. We do not believe this to be the case, as our systems work, receive an error, and may continue to work.
