ASP.net 3.5 website requires streaming video

I am maintaining an ASP.net 3.5 website for a client who now wants to include short informational videos on certain pages of their site. It is hosted with networking solutions on a shared account. I am setting up a video service on my account and you are given an IP address for a link in a tag. However, the video should play when the page loads, not play when the user clicks on the link.

Can anyone suggest a plugin or Javascript library to allow the video to play on page load? All video files will be saved in .wmv format.
