Shutting down Hyper-V - Error 32768

I am trying to automate Hyper-V for our dev \ test lab. I downloaded the PSHyperV package, but most of the scripts work, but when I try to shutdown the machine, it fails with error code 32768.

I also tried a script from Ben blog .

However, this also failed.
